In the present study the galaxy rotation curve has been studied and  the dark matter profile has been derived without introducing new  particles (non barionic). for explaining  the behavior of galaxy rotation curves based on modification of  newtons and general relativity law , several theoretical models have been proposed so far .A certain model has been proposed for gravity recently whit the help of which, this matter can be studied. In the proposed model, an action for gravity has been introduced whose capabilities for justifying dark matter can be evaluated via metric and palatine approaches. In this dissertation, both of these approaches have been utilized and obtained field equations have been compared.
